At Bouncing Ball, we care deeply about protecting your personal data. We comply with the GDPR (No. 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected and purposes

Contact and appointment form: identity (last name, first name), contact details (email, phone, Discord username) and the content of your request, in order to process your requests, organize meetings, draw up and perform training contracts and manage the customer relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract; consent is collected when the form is submitted.

Newsletter: email address (and first name where applicable), to send you our news (courses, workshops, behind-the-scenes). Legal basis: your consent (ticked box or subscription confirmed by email). Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. The date and source of consent are kept as proof.

Analytics: our statistics tool is developed in-house and works without cookies and without any external service. It records no data that could identify you (no IP address stored, temporary session identifier deleted when the tab is closed) and honors the Do Not Track signal.

3. Retention periods

Prospects (requests, meetings): up to 3 years after the last contact. Customers: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archiving in line with legal obligations (accounting and administrative). Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Visit statistics: aggregated, non-identifying data.

4. Data sharing

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email sending) acting as processors, or disclosed where legally required. No transfer outside the European Union takes place without appropriate safeguards.

5. Security

We limit collection to the data we need, restrict access to authorized personnel and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (protected access, backups, encrypted connections).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact@bouncingball.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

The website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party marketing trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, security) may be used; they do not require consent. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded in no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only set a cookie if you play them.
