These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the conditions under which Bouncing Ball SASU offers and sells its professional training services specialized in the animation film industry.
Article 1. Seller identification

Article 2. Purpose
These T&Cs govern the sale of professional training services specialized in the animation film industry. Any order implies irrevocable acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 3. Services
Bouncing Ball offers professional training courses specialized in the animation film industry, delivered online and live. The characteristics of each course are detailed on its dedicated page.
Article 4. Prices
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Bouncing Ball reserves the right to change its prices; courses are invoiced at the rate in force when the contract is concluded.
Article 5. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Information and contact, followed by a meeting and discussions, then signature of a detailed professional training contract. The order becomes final upon signature of the contract, which prevails over these T&Cs in the event of any contradiction.
Article 6. Payment terms
Payment is made by bank transfer after signature of the contract; the terms (installment schedule) are defined in the contract, in accordance with Articles L.6353-3 et seq. of the French Labor Code.
Article 7. Access to the courses
Courses take place online, live. Access details are communicated during the assessment interview and in the documents appended to the professional training contract.
Article 8. Withdrawal and cancellation
Where the training is covered by a professional training contract concluded with a natural person financing it personally, that person has a withdrawal period of 14 days from signature of the contract (Article L.6353-5 of the French Labor Code), exercised by registered letter. The cancellation and refund conditions applicable beyond this period, and in other cases, are specified in the training contract.
Article 9. Liability
Bouncing Ball is bound by a best-efforts obligation and remains subject to the legal warranties applicable to services. Its liability is limited to proven direct damages.
Article 10. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in the teaching materials is the exclusive property of Bouncing Ball. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

Article 12. Governing law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to send a written complaint in order to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing amicable resolution, and for any dispute with a professional, the competent courts will be those of Perpignan.
