This first module lays the foundations of the lighter’s craft. You learn to build a believable, readable and cinematic interior daylight setup, while developing a professional working methodology close to that of feature-film studios.
You work on one or two pre-animated interior day shots, selected to reproduce the concrete challenges found in production: Sun & Sky, sky light portals, practical lights, exposure and white balance, up to your first AOVs. The last two weeks are dedicated to final rendering, optimization, exports and on-time delivery.
